You may recall that a few months ago, someone posted on here that they were looking for a bluegrass band on Okinawa. I answered the post, as I jam with the only bluegrass band on Okinawa, "The Sometimes Bluegrass Band". Me answering that post has led to a gig on Kadena Air Base for the Sometimes Bluegrass Band today at their Fall Festival. They are expecting over two thousand people. I'm not playing with them today, but I am really looking forward to the festival and seeing the crowd reaction to some really good bluegrass played by some talented Japanese musicians.
