Hello to all string ticklers and music makers on mandos but also fiddles, guitars, and beyond.I am excited to proclaim a new recording is nearing completion by Erynn Marshall and Carl Jones entitled Old Tin. It is coming to it's final fundraising hours on kickstarter and we are happy to say our goal has been surpassed and still climbing. There are many expenses yet to pay so all the extras are very much needed and appreciated. Lot's of original tunes and songs on the new project which we are very proud of and look forward to sharing with you soon. There is still time to climb on board and request our CD with a pledge and feel as good as we do about coming together to make something successful. I picked my old 1921 A4 Gibson mando on several tunes and I think they turned out nicely. Keep your mandos active and check out our link to see what you think. Thanks for listening and supporting live music and especially mandolin picking. All the best this winter stretch-- may your tremelos be ever steady! Carl
