Started playing in the 1960s during the folk "revival," and ended up playig bluegrass and country music in the 1970s, Gave up performing during the 1980s, but got back into playing out after forming a new band, the String Dusters, in 1993. I currently play mandolin with the Special Creek Bluegrass Band (find us on Facebook) out of Saratoga Springs, NY, and various instruments in other bands. I also edit the newsletter for the Adirondack Bluegrass League.
