Measure your existing post spacing and bushing size before making a selection. The folks over on Mandolin Cafe will likely be able to tell you the size needed for your Kentucky km 606. from the web,
"The Kentucky KM-606 typically uses Saga’s proprietary in-house tuning machines. Saga instruments often feature non-standard post spacings or distinct "worm-over" vs. "worm-under" gear configurations. Before purchasing any replacement, you must measure your mandolin’s post center-to-post center distance to see if it matches the standard 0.906-inch (23.01mm) spacing"
