I sent this request for information to both eric @ mandohangout.com and eric @ banjohangout.org but never received a reply, so I'm trying via this forum.
My name is Leslie Dare, and I run day-to-day operations for the Wernick Method. We're making some big changes to our website that will include blog articles, and one of those articles is the first in a series on "Techgrass: Using Technology and the Internet to Level Up Our Bluegrass"; this particular one will focus on websites. We will be listing all of your Hangout websites. I was wondering if you could just tell me a little about the operation. I'm trying to provide a little color to the boring list of links!
1 Is it a one-person show?
2 Do you have a photo of yourself (and/or your team?) that we can use?
3 When did each of these launch? (I see Mando was 2011, Reso 2008)?
4 Looks like there was once a Bass Hangout, but no longer. Can you tell me more? Any plans for resurrecting that?
5 Hangout-ers? or Hangers-out? Something else?
6 Do you have any sort of graphic that represents all the existing sites collectively that we can use? (I can throw something together if not.)
Anything you can share would be helpful as we try to present these sites as good resources for bluegrass jammers!
Thanks,
Leslie Dare, Manager
