The following exchange/return policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased at the Mando Hangout store.
Players Union membership donations are non-refundable, although Players Union shirts may be exchanged per the guidelines below.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your merchandise (for instance, if you need a different size) you may mail it back to us with a note explaining what size you would like. If you are outside of the USA, please include payment of $8US per item to cover shipping. Merchandise must be clean, undamaged, and unlaundered.
If the merchandise you receive from us is flawed (such as a stain, misprint, or torn cloth) we will send you replacement merchandise as soon as we receive visual proof. You may supply this proof by emailing a photo of the flawed merchandise to eric@mandohangout.com or by mailing the flawed merchandise to us at:

Returns
