I was born and grew up in Chicago. I moved to the island of Guam in 2004 and lived there for 17 years. I moved to Pensacola in 2021. My former wife divorced me in 2006 and I've lived alone with peace since. I have been a born again Christian since age 13 in 1980. I'm just a sinner saved by God's free grace. I was hit by a church bus in 1992 (of all things), and then fell down at work in 2005, leaving my neck a mess. I am medically disabled now. I suffer continually from chronic neck pain, but have no complaints to God, because a lot of people have things much worse. I heard a great quote from Ben Rochester (of The Rochester's Gospel music group) recently at our annual church revival say something I'll always remember: "I asked God for everything so I could enjoy life, but instead He gave me life so I enjoy everything."
