This site looks good already ! could be fun and informative, not many members from the UK yet, but here in Cornwall acoustic music is thriving, especially Old timey and Blugrass ! Sessions happen all year round in 'Pubs and Clubs' with festivals being plentiful in the summer months. Anyone visiting this part of the world should check out ;- lynhervalleysessions. and Cornish bluegrass association.

Even though i bought a 'Flatt & Scruggs' LP forty three years ago i never attempted to play an instrument till i was a lot older and had the time, i'm a late learner/beginner who genuinely wishes i had started when i was young instead of doing what teenage boys did back in the 'sixties' ! So it's never too late, and you can teach an old dog new tricks !
