Hi everyone, Never thought of this back when I bought Her bought I am a loving owner of a Crafter Mandolin, the only problem is the lack of variety of strings I can get, thankfully the strings I can get are DAddarios EJ70 Med/Light strings, I love them but I’ve heard that you are meant to swap and change to other types so as to hear a difference,
That’s wear my problem is, I cannot find another set that had ball ends,
I had wondered if I could get the loop on standard strings to fit around the bridge pins?
Any help would be great thanks, and don’t say buy a new Mandolin as I cannot afford one!!

Stick with what makes your ears and your heart happy...
Never mind what others tell you...
Only YOU know what works for you.
D'Addario strings are great...
I've been using them for 40+ years...
On guitar, mandolin, and banjo...
I'm very happy with them.
Very truly, your 'inner voice' will tell you what's right or wrong for you...
There are so many folks out there with opinions, especially the dominant folks who believe 'their way' is the only right way...
If you're happy with what's on your Crafter mandolin, stick with 'em!
Too many choices can lead to confusion...
Too many opinions can have a similar effect on someone who's new to the game...
If you like what you have... again, stick with 'em!
