While I can't say, a number of people signed these instruments but I can't recall anyone with the initials S.B. If you ask this question on the MandolinCafe.com website you may get an answer. The Bozeman manufactured instruments were excellent mandolins. There were several models including Artist, a fancy one, the 1 which was plainer and the Junior which was the plainest. There were also several designations for the pancake style models. Luck R/
