I'm a new player coming from guitar. I want a, F style that is well made. I ran across the Rag brand and they do look well made and sound fine through computer speakers. He appears to use nice tonewoods and constrution methods.
Any info is greatly appreciated!!

I haven't heard of that builder; are there any dealers close by?

If you think of Gibson or Fender as a name brand instrument maker, you can think of Rogue as their store brand equivalent.
While Rogue may not be the best brand of mandolin, they offer a surprising level of quality for the price.
