Hi All,
I entered a song in the Guitar Center's Singer Songwriter competition playing mandolin and singing an original song and would love to get some feedback on it.

It's very hard to critique the song when the guitar overpowers the voice so much. I would recommend re-recording and making the vocals clearer. I can't understand about half of the words. Get your voice closer to the vocal mic, record the guitar into a different mic and balance the two so the vocals can be heard more clearly. I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but if you want critical feedback on a song, we have to be able to understand it.
