hi, guys! I am a new member, so I thought I should introduce myself. I play a Eastman Dawg David Grimsen mandolin that I personally named Smoky!  I have been playing mando for a year and I take lessons from one of my fav. mandolin players, Sharon Gilchrist. I am so glad to join you guys on Mando Hangout!

thanks. anybody know when they are going to do the drawing on the Washburn mandolin? I think it was supposed to be drawn today or tommorow, but I did not get an e mail saying who won......

Yeah, Sharon's an AWESOME teacher! She has gone over in my lessons so many times. I have learned a lot from her, still have a lot more to learn. (:
