Hi,
Just wanted to relate my positive experience buying a Weber Gallatin A model from Kyle at the Mando Shop...I live in Dublin and buying an instrument unseen is always a risk, but I needn't have worried.
First of all, Kyle's set-up is fantastic...it's by far the easiest-playing, finest sounding mandolin I've owned and his service is excellent. Secondly, Weber make lovely mandolins:)
In addition I recently got caught in a wee bit of a stramash in the pub I was playing in and the mandolin was flipped out of my hands and across the room by a passing Guinness afficionado...resulting in a broken saddle and some dents that I'll just have to put down to 'character' :(
I contacted Kyle to ask if he could sell me a replacement saddle and after a couple of days he mailed me to say that he had arranged with Weber to send me a replacement free of charge...
Needless to say I think this sort of service goes beyond the call of duty and deserves to be highlighted. Thanks to Kyle and to Weber, both thoroughly recommended - themandoshop.com

Thanks for these comments. I live a long drive from The Mando Shop, about six hours. But it would be worth the drive to play an instrument before I buy it. And especially worth the drive if the owner is helpful.
