I know I can make it larger on my Mac, but can you use a larger font size?

You mean like this?
Look at the top of this post and you'll see "normal" and "8" - click on normal and use heading 3 or 4. Click on the 8 and scroll down to whatever size font you wish to use.
Does that help?

Okay, you're probably using Plain Text. Change it to Rich Text and you'll see what I'm talking about. Look at the top of the page under "compose quick reply: and underneath that is plain text and rich text. Click on rich text and you should then be able to see what I'm talking about. Try it and see if that doesn't work for you.
