I have been looking for a little while at upgrading my mandolin. The problem I am having is that there appears to be very few shops that sell mandolins in Maryland and the ones that do tend to have a small/limited selection. I am looking to see if anyone knows of a place? If need be, I can drive to neighboring states but obviously not any further than I have to.

Call Mars music in Elkton Maryland he used to get some. Power music I think is in Northeast MD they used to sell some too both are on rt 40.

try "Appalachian Bluegrass" in Catonsville, MD.
Good shop, good selection of mandolins.
I'm not associated with them, but I did buy my Eastman from them.
