Just installed a Neotech Mandolin Strap on my Eastman 514. I like it. Does anyone else use one of these straps?

I have seen these at musiciansfriend and also Amazon. I have been tempted to try one but I have been concerned about them being "rubbery" because of their composition. What is the consistancy of the material?

sorry late getting back to you, the consistenency is almost like leather,
