Hello : I met a lady the other day at a local American Legion who was watching our performance in a jam of fiddlers guitarist and a few mandolinist, and she was interested in buying a good used mandolin a non exspensive one to learn how to play it. she said her hands and fingers were too small to reach around a guitar neck and figured a mandolin was for her. She would like to Barter or trade for anything, she said she is a excellnt drawer of animals with charcoal or pencil, but would consider other options, she sad she is on Social security with limited funds, her name and Phone No# is Vicki @ 928 750-3844.....................................................Dennis in Az

Being half a world away( and lacking of a suitable instrument,) it would be somewhat difficult for me to arrange a direct trade in this situation.
Do you have any samples of the ladies artwork? Perhaps I would be able to purchase a custom drawing and get paypal to transfer some money to her to put some funds toward an insturment..
Maybe if the drawings are good others on the HO will do the same. Perhaps If the right instrument could be found for the price of the right piece of art, then someone else could chip in towards the freight?
The onnly thing that beats an original work of art is an original work of art you can pick out some tunes on i rekon.
