I have purchased TablEdit. Have been using it fine. However when I try to download your TablEdit, It always opens as a Microsoft Windows Word file. I have tried downloading .tef viewer, still can't read it into my Program so I can change the instrument with a TablEdit file. Any suggestions?

Maybe try to right click the link and download it rather than open it from the Internet. After it's saved, say to your desktop, you should be able to open it in the program.

Yes, thanks. I finally realized that. I did need to open from within the program itself. BUT, then it is not opening like regular tab with only 4 or 5 measures per line. It goes all the way across and I have to scroll to the right for 53 measures???? I guess I will get this TablEdit program figured out sooner or later. The manual/documentation is not very helpful with not enough examples.
I am unable to edit it like change the instrument to guitar or change the measures to 4 per line. However, I can print preview it and it is okay with 4 measures per line & 3 pages long.
Do they lock these files when they create them so we can't edit them?

@DroopyPawn - I figured out that the settings do not come over as the tab was downloaded. I (took hours), finally finding the option on the print menu that if I selected the 4 measures per line, it all came into focus as it should be instead of running across my screen into 53 measures across.
