Well it's been a long while since i've picked up tha old mando ( had'ta dust her off & tune her up, discovering I need new string ). Tho I'm mainly a fiddler, mandolin was my first instrument.
It served me well in later learning what little I know of mainly OT fiddlin. Since retirement nearly 9 years ago and finding time on my hands, I uncased my old fiddle & started re-learning a few old tunes. Now I will attempt to give some attention to tha old "Franciscan".
I read no music. What little I play comes from what little natural talent I have and lot's & lot's'a practice. I play mainly for self entertainment. I'm an FHO member with same avitar with different name....."Ozarkian D.L."
Now....where'z thet music catolog fer ordering me a new set'a strings ?
