Nice tune, and I like the sound of the mandola too. The bass side on that instrument is rich. What are you playing there?

Hi,
Thanks for the comments. I finally broke down and bought an investment grade mandolin family instrument. It’s a 1998 Gilchrist Model 4 Mandola. The 17.5 inch scale is taking some getting used to (small hand Syndrome). I’ll be using it exclusively for recording and church. They dropped the price at Carters and I decided to enjoy an investment daily instead of looking at money on a computer -- made sense, Steven
