I have 101 posts. Why am I only an "average member"? How many posts do I have to have to become a full member?

Not sure, but you sure did your best to reach it recently!

What did you do, 35 or 36 posts just in one day?

You sure do get an "A" for effort!

I wouldn't worry about it, if I were you. It's just a name and a number anyway.
Most people don't pay much attention to it.
Don't be afraid to be average!

You are a full member. You are just "graded" on the number of posts you've made.

I've had my mando since about '74 or '75 and am still "beginning". Hey! That pretty much describes my playing, anyway!

Can't wait until I'm good enough to be "average".

Those titles are very confusing.

I'm also looking forward to being "average" -- like my grades in school

It seems like handing out stars as a reward for the number of posts one has submitted will not acheive the desired effect.Quantity rather than Quality is the result . Some folks will add there two cents on any topic that comes along. That's a big problem on many sites.

I don't think "average" is average. Mandoteacher has 125 posts. I would bet on this site that is way above average.
